Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice also known as “yogic sleep.” In this deeply restorative class, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably while being guided through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization. This practice helps calm the nervous system, release physical and mental tension, and bring you into a state between waking and sleeping where deep rest and clarity become possible. No experience is needed: simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
