This 90-minute workshop is designed to explore spinal and shoulder mobility with a focus on backbending. Through a progressive practice you’ll be building strength, preparing your body for extension and more openness in the spine. We’ll explore a range of backbend postures, with variations and options tailored to each individual’s range of motion. The flow is also deeply heart-opening, creating more space in the chest to share a little more love.
