This class is a gentle exploration of the body’s energetic landscape, designed to bring awareness, balance, and harmony to the seven chakras. We begin with a mindful 45-minute asana sequence that gradually travels from the root to the crown. Each part of the practice focuses on one energy centre through intentional movement, breath, and the vibration of its bija (seed) mantra.
As we move, you’ll be introduced to the meaning and purpose of these ancient sounds, learning how mantra, breath, and posture can influence the subtle energy body. Rather than rushing through poses, the practice unfolds slowly and intentionally, giving you space to feel how each chakra expresses itself through the body and mind.
The second half of the class invites you to fully surrender into stillness with a 30-minute sound journey and guided chakra meditation. Supported by healing frequencies and meditative guidance, you’ll be guided through each chakra again, allowing the nervous system to soften while the body absorbs the practice.
This class weaves together movement, mantra, learning, and deep rest. Expect to leave feeling more grounded, open, and attuned to the quiet intelligence within.
