We spend our lives experiencing ourselves as separate – you and me, self and other, with and without. What if beneath all these differences, there is something that connects us all? This session explores the idea of *Oneness* the possibility that beneath our different bodies, stories, and identities, there is something we all share. Through the grounding practice of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and the vibration of Kirtan, this session is a gentle invitation to explore that question – not through explanation, but through experience.
