Muay Thai is a striking art from Thailand that uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins, also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs.” It’s one of the most practical and complete stand-up fighting systems there is, and that’s why it’s become a foundation of modern combat sports worldwide. Classes are led by a dedicated Muay Thai instructor and focus on real technique: how to strike correctly, move efficiently, and build the conditioning the art demands. It’s physically hard, but form and precision come before power. No experience needed to start. Our coach can adjust to any level. This class is open to all levels. Booking in advance is required.
