Traditional Hatha (Pre-booking required)

Traditional Hatha is a centuries old practice rooted in ancient India, close to where yoga itself began. It’s the foundation most other yoga styles have grown from, built on the basics of asana and pranayama. Unlike faster paced styles, each pose is held long enough for you to breathe into it and truly feel what your body is telling you, rather than rushing on to the next. There’s no expectation to reach some “perfect” version of a pose, since the right asana is simply whatever works for your body, and every body is different. Through the breath, you find ease within the posture, and in that ease, a natural stillness begins to settle in the mind.
